What we do
ZYXA Forms prepares government and competitive exam applications using the information in your Master Profile. We fill out each application exactly as the official form requires and hand it back for your review. We do not submit applications on your behalf — you always review and submit each one yourself, using your own login.
Accuracy is a shared responsibility
We prepare forms based on the information you provide in your Master Profile. It's your responsibility to keep that information accurate and to review each completed application carefully before submitting it — you are the one submitting it, and the one responsible for what it says.
Pricing
Your first three application fills are free. Standard-tier fills after that are priced per our current pricing (shown in your account before you request a fill); your 4th and 5th fills are half price. An Urgent tier is available at a premium for exams with a tight apply-by date. Prices may change, but the price shown to you at the time you request a fill is the price you pay for that request.
Eligibility matching
We surface exam notifications we believe you may be eligible for, based on the profile details you provide. This is provided as a convenience — always confirm eligibility against the official notification before applying.
Account suspension & deletion
Requesting account deletion suspends your account immediately and schedules your documents for permanent deletion 30 days later. See our Privacy Policy for details.
