ZYXA Forms processes your personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). This page summarizes what we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
Your Master Profile (name, date of birth, gender, category, education history, addresses), uploaded documents (ID proofs, certificates, photo, signature), and your email address for login.
Why we collect it
Solely to prepare government and competitive exam applications on your behalf. We collect two separate consents before doing anything with your data: permission to store your documents, and permission for our team to prepare (but never submit) forms using your profile. You can withdraw either at any time from your account settings.
Your OTP stays yours
Our staff never ask for or use your login one-time password. Every application is submitted by you, after you've reviewed it.
Retention & deletion
You can request account deletion at any time from Settings. Your account is suspended immediately, and your documents are permanently purged 30 days later. Consent and audit records are retained for 3 years, as required for legal compliance, and are never used for anything beyond that record-keeping.
Your rights
You can download a complete copy of the data we hold on you from Settings at any time, and request deletion whenever you choose.
